气质联用法测定二甲戊灵在马铃薯及土壤中的残留研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用GC-MS检测方法测定了二甲戊灵在马铃薯块茎及土壤中的最终残留量,同时还测定了施药马铃薯田土壤中的残留动态。二甲戊灵在马铃薯块茎及土壤中的平均添加回收率分别为81 0%~87 0%和89 3%~98 0%。长春和济南田间试验结果表明:喷施33%二甲戊灵乳油(2475 0g hm2,有效成分)测出最终残留量在马铃薯块茎上分别为长春0 005~0 010mg kg,济南<0 001mg kg;在土壤中的原始沉积量分别为长春8 42mg kg,济南1 75mg kg;半衰期分别为长春1 2d,济南3 4d。 <Abstrcat> The residual dynamics of pendimethalin in potato tuber and soil were determined by GC-MS. The recoveries of pendimethalin in potato tuber and soil varied from 81.0%~87.0%,89.3%~(98.0%.) The potato was applied with 33% EC pendimethalin, the results showed that in the two cultivated areas: the final residue on the tuber was 0.005~0.010 mg/kg in Changchun and <0.001 mg/kg in Jinan. The primitive residues amount in soil: 8.42 mg/kg in Changchun, 1.75 mg/kg in Jinan;Half-life of pendimethalin was 1.2 days in Changchun, 3.4 days in Jinan.
