摘要
从装配型煤机制造企业的产品生产特点,看到延期交货的问题比较突出。找出延期交货的主要原因,据此提出解决对策,成为企业发展的重中之重。延期交货问题主要由研发设计的问题不能有效解决、生产计划体系不完善、物料供应不及时等原因产生,解决主要是从原因着手,以完善工作机制为主提出应对对策。
From the assembly of coal machine manufacturing enterprise’s production characteristics,see the extension of the delivery issue is more outstanding.Find out the main reason of delay in delivery,propose solutions accordingly,enterprise development has become a priority among priorities.Delayed delivery problems mainly by the design problems can not be solved effectively,production planning system is not perfect,material supply delay reasons,is the main reason to solve from,in order to perfect the work mechanism forwards the countermeasures.
