摘要
目的 为了探讨产后焦虑、抑郁情绪反应的发生率。方法 应用医院焦虑及抑郁测定表 (HAD) ,对分娩产妇进行调查 ,随机抽取在本院分娩的产妇 41人为调查对象。结果 产后焦虑反应发生率 61 % ,抑郁反应发生率 2 2 %。针对产妇中存在的焦虑抑郁情绪问题 。
Objective To research the frequency on depression and anxiety after childbirth.Methods An investigation was carried out among 41 patients who were investigated random by means of HAD. Results The anxious frequency was 61%,depressive frequency was 21% after childbirth.According to this wretched symptoms on depression anxiety and psychological nursing,some preventive measure have beeen presented.
