摘要
目的分析院前急救护士职业病危害因素(意外危害、物理性危害、生物性危害、化学性危害及心理-生理危害)并制定相应的防护对策。管理者应将职业病危害的防护行为列为常规性的培训和考核内容,使之形成稳定的防护习惯与职业行为,是提高院前急救护士防护意识的重要手段;提供较好的防护用品,完善防护措施,是减少院前急救护士职业病危害的重要途径;加强护理安全文化建设,营造职业安全防护氛围,在不断提高护士业务素质的同时培养护士对安全护理的信念和态度,帮助院前急救护士将职业安全防护意识转化为良好的职业行为习惯,从而最大限度地避免急救护理过程中职业危害的发生。
This paper is aiming at analyzing the occupational hazards of pre-hospital rescuing nurses（including the accidental hazards,physical hazards,biological hazards,chemical hazards and psychological-physiological hazards） and formulating corresponding preventive measures.Administrators should regard the occupational hazard prevention as the routine training and test to form the stable prevention habits and occupational behaviors,which is the important measure to improve prevention awareness of pre-hospital rescuing nurses,provide better protective articles and complete the preventive measures,which are the important ways to decrease occupational hazards.It is necessary to strengthen nursing safety culture construction to create the occupational safety preventive atmosphere,train nurses＇ attitude and belief while improving their occupational quality,which aims at helping pre-hospital rescuing nurses convert occupational safety preventive consciousness into good occupational behavior,so as to ultimately avoid the occupational hazards during emergency treatment.
