摘要
在现代企业中,知识已成为企业的关键资源,企业核心知识型人才则成为了企业核心竞争力的源泉。本文从环境供给的研究视角,通过对企业核心知识型人才的缺失及其成因分析,提出了营造良好的制度环境、文化环境、培育与成长机制的人才可持续成长的初步意见。
As knowledge becomes the key resource in modern enterprises, the core intellective talents represent the source of enterprises" core competitiveness. In this paper, the author tries to explain what leads to the deficiency of core intellective talent from the perspective of environmental supply, and proposes that we should create a favorable institutional and cultural environment as well as a system for nurturing and growth to realize a sustainable growth of the talent through setting up a general theory.
