摘要
土地问题是我国农村的重大问题,土地改革牵一发而动全身。在城镇化和经济发展的进程中,土地实现了从资源到资产再到资本的转变,这其中涉及到土地权属、土地流转和土地收益分配等问题。本文以佛山市南海区的土地股份合作制为例,试图呈现经济发达地区具有代表意义的土地产权改革过程。我们从中发现,南海的农地产权改革实现了从最初农地产权权能相对单一、模糊和残缺的土地产权形态到产权权能相对多元、具体和丰富的产权结构形态的转变。
Land is a major problem for China＇s rural, land reform highly interconnects with other social phenomena. In the process of urbanization and economic development, land has realized the transition from resources to assets to capital, which involves the land ownership, land circulation and land income distribution and other aspects. In Nanhai district, Foshan city, the land joint-stock cooperative system is an example, the article tries to present the representative of land property rights re- form process in the economic developed areas. We find, the farmland property rights reform in Nanhai district has experienced that the land system which the initial power on rural land property rights is relatively single, fuzzy and incomplete gradually developed to the property right structure form that property rights power relatively diverse, concrete and rich.
