摘要
在"互联网+"战略的引领下,互联网与信息技术的应用在中国农业产业链变革中发挥着越来越重要的作用。结合农业产业链转型升级的需求,本文提出建立"互联网+农业"产业链协同平台,首先对"互联网+农业"产业链协同平台的建设需求进行分析,之后对"互联网+农业"产业链协同平台的功能进行设计,按照平台针对农业产业链不同环节的服务内容将平台功能划分为土地流转、农资交易、农机协调、农业课堂、农产品交易、休闲农业与农业金融七大模块,同时对平台运作架构进行阐述,最后针对平台建设提出了相关政策建议。
Under the“Internet plus”strategy,the internet and information technology play a more and more important role in the reform of agricultural industry chain in China.This paper proposes a concept of constructing a collaboration platform foru internet plus agricul-ture”industry chain.Firstly,the functions of the platform are designed based on requirement analysis.According to the different stages of industiy chain,the system functions are divided into seven functional modules:land transfer,agricultural material transaction,ag-ricultural machinery coordination,agricultural curriculum,agricultural products trade,leisure agriculture and agricultural fi-nance.Based on these modules,the general framework of the platform is designed.Finally,policy suggestions for the platform are pro-posed.
