摘要
外包是全球经济一体化的必然产物,是现代高端服务业的重要组成部分,武汉大力发展服务外包产业,对于转变外贸增长方式、加快建立"两型"社会、全面落实科学发展观具有十分重要的意义。武汉应充分利用自身比较优势,合理规划、面向国际、差异化发展外包产业。
Outsourcing is an important part of modern high-end service industry as well as the inevitable out- come of global economic integration. It is of great significance to transform the growth mode of foreign trade, accelerate the establishment of two types of society and comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development by de- veloping vigorously service outsourcing industry in Wuhan. Wuhan should make use of its own advantages to differen- tiate the development of outsourcing industry by rational planning and targeting the need of the world.
