摘要
从读者和图书馆两个方面对高校图书馆图书借阅超期现象进行分析,认为图书借阅超期是一个普遍存在的现象,也是长期困扰高校图书馆服务工作顺利开展的一大难题;指出造成图书超期的原因有很多,但主要是处理政策单一、内容简单;提出了特殊原因延长期限、设定罚款上限等应对策略。
The paper analyzes the phenomenon of book overdue borrowing in university library from two aspects of reader and li- brary, and thinks that it is ubiquity but also a long-term problem preventing university library＇s normal service. There are many causess for overdue borrowing, but the key one is single treatment policy with simple content. Finally, it gives some treatment strategies, such as extending the deadline for specific causes and imposing a cap on penalty.
