摘要
总结了高校图书馆读者违章的表现形式,在剖析读者违章成因的基础上,提出“以人为本”处理高校图书馆读者违章的新理念,并给出了具体操作方法。
This paper sums up the forms of readers' regulation analyzing the reasons of readers' regulation-breaking behaviors in with the readers' regulation-breaking - breaking behaviors in university library, based on university library, advances the new idea on dealing behaviors in university library, and puts forward some concrete operating methods.
