摘要
运用热膨胀和差示扫描量热法(DSC)两种热性能分析试验研究了一种新型铸造Al-Cu合金固溶处理后的相转变。结果表明:热膨胀试验中,经固溶处理后的试样过饱和固溶体在190~250℃有一种相析出,在320~450℃析出相再溶解成单相固溶体;差示扫描量热法(DSC)试验结果显示,固溶处理后的试样在236℃有过饱和固溶体的析出。对比两种试验结果,热膨胀曲线更能灵敏地反映出此合金的相转变过程。
The thermal expansion and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) experiment of a kind of A1-Cu alloy after solid solution treatment were investigated by thermal analysis. Thermal expansion result showed that the expansion curve was obviously non-linear in two intervals of both 190 250 ℃ and 320 -450 ℃ for the samples after solution treatment which corresponded two phases transition processes of both precipitate and dissolving of precipitation of the alloy respectively. Furthermore, the result of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) experiment showed that it had only one peak corresponding to the precipitate process of over-saturated solid solution. Compared with the results of the two experiments, one could obtain that thermal expansion was more sensitive for the phase transition processes of the alloy than that of the DSCg.
