摘要
本文叙述了在激光加热实验中应用电子散斑干涉术进行测量的方法。给出了用千瓦级连续波二氧化碳激光加热铝合金板时产生的热变形的测量结果。对激光加热实验中可能发生的影响测量结果的因素进行了讨论.
This paper represented the measuring method in the laser heating experiments using electronic speckle pattern interferometer(ESPI). Two experimental equipments for measuringthe deformation induced by laser heating are given. Some measurement results of the thermal deformatio of metal material heated by CW - CO2 laser are described.
