本文介绍了国内外屠宰机器人研究技术,分析了猪肉类、牛肉类、羊肉类、禽类及鱼类屠宰机器人的研究现状,讨论了屠宰机器人在致晕系统、传感器系统、去骨系统的研究内容,指出了屠宰机器人研究中的问题,展望了屠宰机器人发展方向。
This article describes the technology of slaughtering robot, analyzes the research status of beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish slaughtering robot, discusses the slaughter robot in the halo caused by systems, sensor systems, boneless method research content, and then points out that the slaughter in the robotics research questions, the prospect of slaughtering the robot's direction of development.
