摘要
用脉冲微反一色谱法研究了钒沉积对4种国产Y沸石催化剂的裂化活性的影响。随着钒含量的增加,不同沸石裂化活性的下降程度不同,其中SRNY沸石的钒含量为2%时仍能保持较高的活性,REY、USY及REUSY沸石在钒含量较低(0.5%~1.0%)时即已丧失活性。XRD考察结果表明,随着钒含量的增加,沸石的晶体被破坏,同时生成无定型硅酸铝及富铝红柱石,稀土转化为REVO_4。SRNY沸石具有良好的抗钒性能,从XRD图可见其中有稀土氧化物存在。TEM观察结果表明,沸石晶体破坏后,其颗粒由大变小,最终解体呈碎屑。
The cracking activity of four domestic modified Y-zeolites (SRNY, REY, REUSY and USY) were contaminated artificially by vanadium at different levels of deposition. Using n-tetradecane as the reactant, a pulse reactor-GC system was used to evaluate the cracking activity. XRD and TEM were also used to identify the characteristics of zeolite crystals. Results show that as the crystallinity decreases, an amorphous phase of silica-alumina and a mullite phase appear.
