摘要
采用含Lewis酸的极性络合剂(以下简称络合剂)及有机溶剂(以下简称助剂)组成的脱氮剂,对焦化蜡油进行络合脱氮。通过正交实验,确定了最佳脱氮条件为:反应温度65℃,脱氮剂加入量(络合剂/焦化蜡油,体积比)0.010,助剂加入量(助剂/络合剂,体积比)2.5∶1.0。结果表明,在此条件下,精制油收率为94.76%,总氮含量为1 992.00μg/g。
Nitride in coker gas oil was removed with the mixture of the polar complexing agent( hereinafter referred to as eomplexing agent)of Lewis acid and organic solvent (hereinafter referred to as adjuvant) as denitrogenation agent. The optimum conditions determined by orthogonal experiment were:reaction temperature 65℃ , denitrogenation agent dosage (volume ratio of eomplexing agent to eoker gas oil) 0. 010, adjuvant dosage ( volume ratio of adju- vant to complexing agent) 2.5: 1.0. The results showed that under these conditions,the yield of refined oil could reach 94.76% ,content of total nitrogen was 1 992.00 μg/g.
