摘要
通过对辽宁省国有苗圃现状及存在问题进行分析,指出国有苗圃存在的基础设施落后,苗木生产标准化管理水平差,苗木生产、监管体系不完善,育苗品种单一、缺乏竞争力等问题,提出应当加大财政投资力度来改善苗圃基础设施,苗木生产、经营过程要严格执行《种子法》,不断增加育苗品种,开发乡土树种,充分发挥国有苗圃的辐射带动作用。
The current situation and problems of state-owned nursery in Liaoning Province were showed. Increasing the financial investment could improve the state-owned nursery infrastructures. The production of seedlings and business should strictly enforce the ＂Seed Law＂. Increasing seedling varieties anti developing native tree species would lead the state-owned nursery to better platform,
