摘要
介绍了浙江省金华、嘉兴、温州、绍兴、台州、丽水6个市地的13个国有苗圃的改革发展现状及其在林业建设中的地位和作用,分析了当前国有苗圃改革和发展面临的主要困难和原因,提出了对浙江省国有苗圃分公益型苗圃和商品经营型苗圃两类,重新进行职能定位等发展对策。
Presentation was made on current situation and functions of 13 state-owned nurseries in Zhejiang province. Based on analysis on difficulties and causes for further development, countermeasures were offered such as classifying nurseries into two types： non-profit and cormmercial.
