摘要
分析了畜禽在收购、贩运和屠宰环节可能存在的安全隐患,介绍了国内外相关法律法规和实际运用的监控手段,提出了加强收购、贩运和屠宰环节的畜禽质量安全的监控建议.
The safety problems existed in marketing, transportation and slaughtering of animal and poultry were discussed in this paper. The relevant laws, regulations and the practical application of monitoring method were introduced, and the suggestions were put forward to strengthen safety supervisoin of animal products in marketing, transportation and slaughtering of animal and pouhry.
