摘要
目的:观察加味五苓散治疗妊娠水肿的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例妊娠水肿患者应用加味五苓散治疗。结果:60例患者治疗后痊愈43例,好转12例,未愈5例,总有效率为91.7%。结论:加味五苓散治疗妊娠水肿临床疗效较好,可明显减轻水肿,对妊娠水肿的预防与治疗具有一定作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of modified wuling powder in the treatment of gestational edema. Methods 60 qualified cases of gestational edema were all treated with modified wuling powder. Results： Of 60 cases, after treatment, 43 cases were recovered, 12 cases effective and 5 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion： modified wuling powder achieves quite good clinical efficacy on gestational edema. It alleviates edema apparently and presents certain significance on the pre- vention and treatment of gestational edema.
