摘要
伴随分子标记的发展,大量棉花纤维品质相关QTLs被定位在遗传连锁图上,为标记辅助选择和QTL聚合育种提供了条件。为了探索不同QTL位点聚合与棉花品质的关系,选用棉花品质相关QTL密集分布区间的48对SSR引物,对48份棉花种质进行了多态性检测。结果表明:在参试材料中有3个优质基因SSR位点与纤维长度和纤维强度达到显著相关,并且包含优质基因QTL位点越多,纤维品质表现越好。本研究认为,筛选到的3个位点可以作为优质纤维主效QTL用于聚合育种,并具有较高的基因聚合遗传效应表现,为下一步分子标记辅助聚合育种提供了理论参考。
With the development and application of molecular markers, some major genes and QTLs for fiber quality had been identified and localized on the genetic linkage map. It supplied a useful tool to the breeding for cotton quality. In order to investigate the significance of pyramiding and interacting effects among different QTL for fiber quality, 48 pairs of simple sequence repeats primers of fiber quality gene QTLs were used to detect genetic diversity among 48 cotton germplasm. The result showed that only 3 pairs of polymorphic primers were selected out, and these 3 loci were significantly associated with fiber length and strength. Based on the analysis of fiber properties data at different characteristic bands combination of sea - island cotton, it indicated that the more fiber quality QTLs, the better the fiber properties. This study believed that 3 selected loci could be used for molecular marker assisted selection pyramiding for fiber quality in further breeding programs.
