摘要
如今,塔式起重机广泛应用于全国各个建筑施工工地上,其事故率也在相应地逐年升高,为了对其工作数据进行准确的远程监控,采用通用分组无线业务(GPRS)的无线通信技术,通过GPRS模块把GPS定位数据和其他工作数据传到服务器上,能在远程对塔式起重机的工作数据等信息进行监控,测试证明,整套系统数据相当稳定,并且通过对历史数据进行分析,可以有效地得知事故发生原因,进而采取对应的途径,降低事故发生率。
Nowadays, tower cranes are widely used in the various construction sites, and the accident rate is correspondingly increasing year by year. In order to accurately monitor the working data, this paper adopts the wireless communication technology called general packet radio service (GPRS) , using the GPRS modules to transmit the GPS data and other data to the server. It can make a remote monitoring to the tower crane's working data and other information. The test shows that, the whole system is very stable. Ancl through the analysis of the historical data, we can effectively lenrn the cause of the accidents, then reduce the accident rate by taking corresponding methods.
