摘要
随着建筑行业的发展,近年来塔机安全事故时有发生,给人们的生命财产造成很大损失,所以有必要研究塔机全参数实时在线监控仪。该文讨论了基于GPRS网络搭建塔机监控仪系统的实现方案,具体采用AVRMega系列单片机,主从MCU双核协作的工作方式;而软件系统基于MFC连接池、线程池灵活设计方案实现数据传输的实时性,ADO接口支持多种结构数据库的连接,该文讨论的方案已在国内某家塔机制造商得到了应用。
With the development of the construction industry in recent years, tower crane safety accidents occur from time to time, so people's lives and property caused great losses, it is necessary to study the all -parameters, real -time tower crane monitoring system. Based on the GPRS wireless network, this paper discusses the program of tower crane motoring system. The kernel CPU use AVRMega series, and hardware structure compose of master - slave MCU collaborating each other. Software system is designed based on VCMFC link pool, thread pool design to transmit data flexibly, and ADO database interface supports a wide range of connections to database. The program discussed in this paper has been applied in a domestic manufacturer of tower crane.
