摘要
目的探讨护士营养知识培训教学模块的构建与应用效果。方法对80名新护士采用"临床护士营养知信行调查问卷"进行调查,根据调查结果和临床实际构建营养知识教学模块,用于新护士的培训。结果培训后新护士临床护士营养知信行调查问卷3个维度中营养知识、营养行为显著提高(均P<0.01);营养态度得分高于应用前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护士营养知识教学模块的构建与应用可显著提高新护士营养知识,改善其营养行为,有利于营养护理水平的提高。
Objective To build teaching modules of nutritional knowledge for nurses and to explore its application effects. Methods Eighty novice nurses were surveyed by filling out the Nutritional Knowledge-Attitude-Practice questionnaire and teaching modules of nutritional knowledge were developed based on the survey resuks and clinical situation. And then these teaching modules were applied to training. Results Novice nursesf nutritional knowledge and behavior were significantly improved after training (P〈0.01 for both) ; nutritional attitude score was also higher, yet with no statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Construction and application of teaching modules of nutritional knowledge can enhance novice nursest nutritional knowledge and improve their nutritional behaviors, thus to improve nutritional nursing care.
