摘要
近年来,法学期刊发展较快,在人文社会科学期刊阵营中较有影响。法学专业人士投稿踊跃,法学论文繁多。纵观这些论文,优秀作品不少,但亦有相当多稿件存有问题,除文章质量外,主要体现在论文的规范化方面,譬如文章摘要和文后参考文献规范化尚存不少瑕疵,需引起法学论文写作者高度重视。
In recent years, the rapid development of law journals has achieved significant influence in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences. A lot of legal professionals contribute to the journal and theses are various. There are many outstanding works in it. But there are also quite a lot of article problems. In addition to qualities, many problems, involved in the thesis standardization such as abstract and references, must be greatly noticed by authors.
