摘要
采用国外引进程序和Flowmaster软件,对一台20MW汽轮发电机转子的通风及温升进行研究,得到了风量分配和温度分布结果。针对计算结果对结构进行了优化,使温升能够满足技术指标要求。
In this paper, the ventilation and temperature rise of a 20MW turbine generator rotor are researched through the procedure introduced from abroad and software FLOWMASTER, then the results of air flow and temperature distributions are acquired. Based on the calculation resuhs, the rotor structure is optimized and enable the temperature rise of rotor to meet the requirements of technical indicators.
