空冷汽轮发电机转子端部风口布置对温度场的影响 被引量:13

Effect of End Air-inlet Arrangement Method on Temperature Field for Air-cooled Turbo-generator Rotor

摘要 在某端部弧段进风加直线段补风的空冷汽轮发电机转子通风设计中,当端部、轴径向段与副槽通风段长度确定后,为研究端部进、补风口布置方式对转子流场及温度场的影响,建立该转子风路最长的8号槽半轴向段整体结构模型。依据CFD原理,采用有限体积法,数值模拟得到转子内部空气、绕组温度场分布特点。结果表明:端部进、补风口布置方式对温度分布影响非常显著,采用不同的布置方式既可调节峰值温度的大小,又可调节峰值温度所在位置,还可以改变轴向温差的大小。 In the ventilation design of a air-cooled turbo-generator rotor with air-inlet at the end arc section and air-compensation at the straight section, in order to investigate the effect of the end air-inlet arrangement method on the flow field and the temperature field of the rotor under the conditions of the length of the end, the axis-radius segment, and the sub-slot segment were defined, the whole structure model of half axis length in No.8 slot was established. The temperature distribution of air and winding in rotor were simulated by the finite volume method according CFD principle. The results show that, the end air-inlet arrangement method has significant effect on temperature distribution, that is, it influences not only the peak temperature value, but also the peak temperature position, and the temperature difference along axial direction.
