摘要
建国后几十年中,护理管理体制几经变动,不断完善。80年代中期,提出300床位以上的医院配备护理副院长,兼护理部主任。护理副院长职位,是个人的,更是专业的。建议护理部主任应创造条件,无私地争取,要带好护理队伍,搞好团结协作;养成宏观思想,做院长的得力助手,做护理队伍的好带头人,做医院的好领导,为振兴护理、建设现代医院做出新贡献。
The director of the nursing department in hospital with more than 300 beds should be concurrently appointed the deputy hospital director responsible for nursing management work, so as to cooperatively with hospital director, smoothly and successfully carry out such tasks as: identify needs for nursing work improvement, organize around priorities, and take appropriate measures in response; improve nursing management and service styles toward the more modern ways and through developing standards in specialised areas; expand total nursing service items, increase flexibility and creativity in solving problems to meet the expectations of easy access, rapid service, and relaxed atmosphere; and strengthen leadership by example to inspire and guide others to high performance.
