单模聚焦微波辐射下有机纳米蒙脱土复合聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂的制备与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 首先以纳米蒙脱土(Nano-MMT)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为原料,通过单模聚焦微波辐射法制备了有机纳米蒙脱土,然后利用单模聚焦微波辐射技术合成了有机纳米蒙脱土复合聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂(SAR),通过X-射线衍射分析(XRD)和傅立叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)对产物结构进行了表征,研究了微波辐射时间、纳米有机蒙脱土的加入量对树脂吸液倍率的影响.结果表明:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵可成功插入纳米蒙脱土片层之间,且微波辐射下有机纳米蒙脱土复合聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂的制备时间大大缩短,其最大吸水倍率达1 450g·g-1,在质量分数为0.9%的食盐水中的最大吸盐水倍率达150g·g-1. In this paper, organic nano-montmorilionite days were prepared by means of sin- gle-mode focusing microwave irradiation and cation exchange reaction in a cetyltrimethylam- monium bromide (CTAB) solution and nano-montmorillonite(nano-MMT)mixture suspen- sion. Then the organic nano-montmorillonite clays were used for preparation of organic-inor- ganic hybrid superabsorbents. Aqueous solution polymerization of acrylic acid (AA), using precision microwave organic synthesis system and its single-mode focusing microwave radia- tion was studied. The structure of the nano-MMT, organic nano-MMT, super absorbent res- in were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The effect of the microwave irradiation time, the dosage of OMMT on absorbency of superabsorbent were investigated. The results show that the CTAB cations were absorbed on the surface of nano-MMT and the organic nano-MMT effectively bonded with the polymermolecules after copolymerization. The reaction time were greatly decreased. The highest ab- sorbencies of SAR for distilled water and 0.9wt% NaC1 solution are 1 450 g · g-1 and 150 g · g 1 , respectively.
