摘要
目的 观察国产羟基磷灰石义眼座的效果。方法 利用自体或同种异体巩膜包裹义眼座 ,分别行Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期植入手术。 72例经 3～ 2 1月追踪观察。结果 术后眼睑饱满 ,治愈率达 96 %。结论 国产羟基磷灰石义眼座来源丰富 ,无毒 ,无抗原性 。
Objective A clinical study was performed to demonstrate the applicability of Chinese made Hydroxyapalite(HA) as an intraocular tamponade to be implanted in the scleral space for the correction of eviscerated eyeball.Methods The HA was wrapped by the patient’s own scleral or variant from congeneric scleral and was implanted on primary or secondary phases.Results Among the 75 cases,96%,that is,72 cases were successful the patients were found to have full eyelids after 3 to 21 months of follow up surrey,3 cases failed.Conclusion This proved the applicability of the technology.Since home made HA is abundant,non poisonous and antigenicity free,It is an ideal orbital tamponade.
