摘要
目的 探讨眼眶非何杰金淋巴瘤 (non Hodgkinmalig nantlymphoma ,NHL)的早期诊断、常见误诊原因和早期手术的观点。方法 通过复习文献和结合 3例眼眶NHL临床资料进行分析。结果 眼眶NHL起病较急 ,可表现为眼眶前段软组织炎症或炎性假瘤 ,B超和CT检查也易误诊为炎症 ,且用抗生素和糖皮质激素治疗症状可缓解而延误治疗。结论 眼眶NHL早期可表现为炎症 ,如用足量、强力的广谱抗生素和糖皮质激素治疗 3至 5天无明显效果 ,应早作活检。
Objective To seek the early diagnosis and common causes of misdiagnosis of NHL of the orbit and the opinion of early operation.Methods Three cases of NHL of the orbit were analyzed through reviewing documents.Results NHL of the orbit happened fast,which usually showed as inflammation of the anterior part of the orbit or inflammatory pseudotumor,and sometimes were misdiagnosed by CT and/or B scan.If it was treated with antibiotic and glucocorticosteroid,it got little better.Which resulted in delayed treatment.Conclusion NHL of the orbit can show as inflammation,if it does not get much better after being treated with enough antibiotic and glucocorticosteroid for 3 to 5 days,it should be biopsied.If the lymphoma is localized,maybe the early operation be performed.
