摘要
恶性淋巴瘤首发于淋巴结外者,称为结外型原发性淋巴瘤(下称结外原发恶淋),约占全部恶淋的10—15％。在非何杰金淋巴瘤中约有10—58％原发于淋巴结外。本病发生部位极广,诊断较为困难。我所自1980年1月～1986年12月经手术和病理学证实,确诊为结外原发性非何杰金淋巴瘤200例,全部进行了随访。现就本病的诊断、治疗及预后报告如下。一般资料本组200例,男132例,女68例,男女比例为1.9:1。年龄最小3岁,最大79岁,中位年龄47.3岁,以30～59岁年龄组多见。
This paper reports 200 patients with extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which could be commonly seen in the nasal cavity, stomach, intestine, head and face. The major symptoms are pain, mass and other mass-caused symptoms, e. g. nasal obstruction, alimentary obstruction and bleeding. Surgical operations combined with chemotherapy or radiation combined with chemother- apy or other combined regimens are often recommended to the treatment of the disease. The prognosis is related to stages, histological malignancy, types of therapy administered and other factors. Early diagnosis and treatment to gain CR for two years or more after treatment are the key to long survival.
