摘要
从原料、组织结构、面料颜色3方面入手,介绍了开发防紫外线功能性针织面料的设计思路。基于此,选择11.1 tex/144 f防紫外线涤纶丝(DTY),在SD-G-4A型双面圆纬机上开发双面鸟眼结构的针织面料,介绍编织工艺及注意事项,染整工艺及技术关键点,最后测试了产品的防紫外线性能。结果表明:该涤纶防紫外线功能性针织面料防紫外线效果达到A级,满足了消费者夏季防晒防紫外线的功能需求,同时手感柔软、穿着舒适,可用于开发夏季户外服。
In terms of the raw material, pattern structure and fabric color, the paper introduces the design idea of producing the anti-UV functional knitted fabric. It develops the double bird's eye knitted fabric on the SD- G-4A style double circular weft knitting machine by using ll.1 tex/144 f DTY, and also describes in detail the knitting technology and the precautions, the dyeing and finishing technology and the key points. According to the tested results, the anti-UV grade of the functional DTY knitted fabric can reach grade A, which can meet the an- ti-UV functional requirements in summer for customers; and the fabric possesses good soft hand and wearing com- fort properties, which can be used to produce outdoor clothes in summer time.
