摘要 介绍了DrireleaseR和SoronaR两种纱线的性能及研发情况,阐述了采用具有吸湿速干功能的DrireleaseR纱(88%涤纶+12%天丝)与具有环保性的SoronaR/PET复合纱在单面大圆机上开发吸湿速干针织面料的编织工艺,包括原料规格、设备参数、三角排列等,以及精练、染色、定形等染整工艺。该面料经染整后可呈现出立体网状结构,面料轻薄,手感柔软,具有环保吸湿速干功能,适合做男女休闲运动面料。 The paper introduces the properties and research developments of two kinds of yarns- Drirelease and Sorona. It develops one kind of moisture-absorbing and fast-drying knitted fabric on single weft knitting ma- chine by using Drirelease blended yarn which bears moisture-absorbing and fast-drying properties, and Sorona and PET composite yarn which bears environment-friendly properties, and also introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material's specifications, equipment parameters, cam arrangement, and the dyeing and fin- ishing technology including scouring, dyeing and setting. The results show that the fabric has three-dimensional net-based structure after dyeing, and bears soft hand, good shape retention, environment-friendly properties and moisture-absorbing and fast-drying properties, which is suitable for development of sportswear and casual fabric.
