摘要
近几年，我国多处地区频繁发生地震灾害、泥石流灾害、冰雪灾害、暴雨灾害，对各级应急物资储备提出了更高的要求。为此，将自然灾害应急物资按用途分为13类，运用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）建立二级指标模型。通过对上述4种不同类型自然灾害所需应急物资的权重分析，研究4种不同自然灾害应急物资储备的优先级问题，并针对不同优先级的物资需求提出更加合理可行的储备建议。
In recent years, earthquake disaster, debris flow disaster, snow and flood disaster frequently have been happened in several areas of our country. It needs the reserve of emergency material at high levels. It makes emergency materials of natural disaster divided into thirteen categories according to its use, and makes the secondary index model. The paper studied the priority about the above four kinds of reserve of emergency materials of natural disaster by the analysis of their weights , gave out some reasonable and feasible advices.
