摘要 目的 观察F -VEP在眼眶手术中监护视神经传导功能的可靠性及可行性。方法 手术造成兔视神经损伤 ,F -VEP术中监护视神经传导功能 ,术后观察 1周。结果 视神经断离和视神经重度钳夹伤后F -VEP立即且永久性消失 ;视神经环周分离 5min后波形永久性消失 ;视神经部分剪切伤F -VEP波幅明显减低和潜伏期延长 ;视神经牵拉压迫 (2 5 0g 5min)仅造成一过性F -EVP消失。术中监护与术后观察验证情况一致。结论 F -VEP用于术中视神经传导功能的监护 ,方法可行 。 Objective To observe the possibility and reliability of monitoring optic nerve function with F VEP during orbital surgery.Methods The models of optic nerve damages were made by surgery.F VEP was used to monitor intraoperative optic nerve conduction function.The function was also observed within 7 day after surgery.Results The complete cut of optic nerve,and severe clamping damage caused immediate and permanent loss of F VEP waves.Peri-dissection of optic nerve resulted in the permanent loss of F VEP waves after 5 min.Semi cut damage made the amplitude decrease and latency delay of F VEP main wave.Pull and press only caused temporary wave loss.Conclusion It was recognized that monitoring optic nerve function with F VEP during orbital surgery is possible and feasible,and the results is reliable.
