摘要
乳腺上皮细胞体外培养是一种操作容易且费用低、应用广泛的研究手段。文章对动物乳腺上皮细胞的培养方法、细胞系的建立及应用进展进行了综述。
Mammary epithelial cells in vitro is an easy operation, low cost tools which can be widely used in re- search. The training method of the animal mammary epithelial cell, the establishment of the cell lines and the prog- ress of the application overview were reviewed in this paper.
