摘要
目的 探讨经腹B型超声对异位妊娠的诊断及选择治疗方案的价值。材料与方法 与手术和病理检查为对照 ,分析 46例异位妊娠超声检查结果。结果 46例异位妊娠中输卵管妊娠流产型 ( 15例 ) ;输卵管妊娠破裂( 2 2例 ) ;子宫左角妊娠破裂 ( 2例 ) ;陈旧性宫外孕 ( 3例 ) ;典型胎囊型 ( 4例 )。本文分析了各型的声像图特征。结论 B型超声对异位妊娠的诊断、选择治疗方案及动态观察疗效起着重要作用。
Objective To study the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of the ectopic pregnancy Methods 46 patients diagnosed ectopic pregnancy in the hospital were analysed Their ultrasonographic patterns were compared with pathological findings Results Among 46 patients diagnosed ectopic pregnancy there were 15 cases of tubal abortion、22 cases of rupture of tubal pregnancy、2cases of rupture of pregnancy in left cornua uteri、3 cases of old extrauterine pregnancy and 4 cases of ectopic pregnancy having gestational ring The ultrasonographic patterns of various ectopic pregnancy types were analyzed Conclusion B-Mode ultrasound is a very useful method in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy、selecting an effectual remedy and observing curative effects
