红景天苷类似物对低糖低血清诱导PC12细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价红景天苷类似物对低糖低血清培养基诱导PC12细胞损伤的保护作用。方法 :体外培养PC12细胞,采用低糖低血清培养基制备损伤模型。给予60μmol/L、300μmol/L、1 000μmol/L不同浓度类似物预保护24 h。经低糖低血清损伤24 h后,观察其对细胞形态和活力的影响。结果:部分红景天苷类似物能拮抗低糖低血清培养基损伤PC12细胞活力下降。结论:部分红景天苷类似物对低糖低血清诱导PC12细胞损伤具有保护作用。 Objective: To observe the protective effects of salidroside analogues on hypoglycemia and serum limita- tion-induced injury in PC12 cells. Method: PC12 cells were cultured under hypoglycemia and serum limitation environ- ment to establish a hypoglycemia and serum limitation model in PC12 cell line. Cultured PCI2 cells were pre-incubated with different concentrations(60 μmol/L, 300 μmol/L and 1000 μmol/L) of salidroside analogues for 24h, after which hypo- glycemia and serum limitation was applied to the cells for 24h, and the effects of them on hypoglycemia and serum limita- tion induced injury were observed. Results: MTT assay indicated that some analogues could antogonize the decrease in the cell viability. Conclusion: Part of salidroside analogues display protective effects on hypoglycemia and serum limitation-in- duced injury in PC12 cells.
