摘要
目的合成红景天苷类似物。方法以取代苯甲醛为原料,经硼氢化钠还原,合成苷元,分别与溴代乙酰糖(葡萄糖,半乳糖,木糖)反应生成乙酰糖苷,脱乙酰基,生成糖苷。结果成功合成了3A1～3G1、3A2～3G2、3A3～3G3,共21个红景天苷类似物,通过CA和Scifinder进行结构检索,合成的化合物中除3A1、3A2、3B1、3B2、3F1、3G1外均为新化合物。其结构均通过核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)和质谱(MS)确证。结论采用的合成方法适合红景天苷类似物的合成。
Objective To synthesize the analogues of salidroside.Methods Aglycons were synthesized with substituted benzaldehyde reduced by sodium borohydride as a starting material and reacted with acetobromo glucose,acetobromo galactose and acetobromo xylose,respectively,to produce acetyl glycoside which turned into glycoside after its acetyl was deprived.Results About 21 analogues of salidroside,including 3A1 to 3G1,3A2 to 3G2 and 3A3 to 3G3,were successfully synthesized.CA and Scifinder structure retrieval showed that the synthesized compounds were novel compounds except for 3A1,3A2,3B1,3B2,3F1 and 3G1.Their structures were confirmed by MS and ^1H-NMR.Conclusion The synthetic method we used is suitable for the synthesis of salidroside analogues.
