摘要
深化教育改革需实现三个重要转变,要想真正深入推进教育改革,取得根本突破,就需要在改革的主要行动方式上,从机械地"摸着石头过河"转变为有序地"沿着线路前行";在改革的顺序安排上,从一味地"先易到难"转变为敢于"先难后易";在改革的外部条件企求上,从消极地"等待社会变化"转变为积极地"推动社会变革"。
The key to deepening education reform lies in the following three transformations: in terms of the mode of action, we should depart from following the policy of "groping for stones to cross the river" mechanically for adopting the strategy of "advancing along a well-designed path" ; in terms of the arrangement of tasks, we should reversing the original order of "putting the easy before the diffi- cult" ; in terms of the external factors, we should assume a more active role to "promote the social change" rather than "simply waiting for the society changing in our direction"
