摘要
目的 :探讨双生子视力、眼位、屈光性质、弱视分类的遗传规律。方法 :对 7对同卵双生子和 8对异卵双生子的远近视力、眼位、眼底、屈光进行检查和统计学分析 ,并计算一致率及遗传指数。结果 :同卵双生子视力、眼位、屈光性质、弱视分类的一致率分别为 85 .71%、85 .71%、85 .5 8%、77.78% ;异卵双生子的一致率分别为 31.2 5 %、5 0 .0 %、6 2 .5 %、40 .0 % ;遗传度分别为 71.2 1%、71.42 %、6 1.49%、6 2 .96 %。结论 :双生子的视力分布、眼位、屈光性质及弱视分类具有遗传的特性。
Objective:To investigate the hereditary relationship of visual acuity, ocular position, refractive status and amblyopia in twins.Methods:7 identical twins and 8 fraternal twins were enrolled and evaluated; then uniformity and heritability were calculated.Results:The uniformity of visual acuity, ocular position, refractive status and amblyopia were 85.71%, 85.71%, 85.58% and 77.78%, respectively, for identical twins, and 31.25%, 50.0%, 62.50%, 40.0%, respectively, for fraternal twins. Heritability was 71.21%, 71.42%, 61.49% and 62.96%, respectively.Conclusion:The visual acuity, ocular position, refractive status and amblyopia have hereditary characteristics in twins.
