摘要
目的:研究屈光状态及眼球的生物测量数据与遗传的关系。方法;检查28对同胞兄弟姊妹(56人112眼)的屈光度数;测量角膜曲率(曲率半径)、角膜厚度、眼轴长度;检查角膜地形图并进行统计分析。结果:28对同胞兄弟姊妹(56人)右眼、左眼平均屈光度分别为(-7.03±3.03)D、(-6.95±3.47)D;28对兄弟秭妹右眼屈光度差值平均值、左眼屈光度差值平均值分别为(2.01±1.25)D、(1.93±1.25)D。28对同胞兄弟姊妹间角膜屈光度、角膜曲率、曲率半径、角膜厚度、眼轴长度生物数据接近。角膜地形图相似。结论:屈光状态、眼球生物数据具有遗传的特性。
Objective To study the relationship between the heredity and refractive status or biological measurement data of eyeballs. Methods The diopters, curvature of corneas, radii of the curvature, thickness of the corneas and the length of the optic axis were determined in 28 pairs of siblings (112 eyes of 56 subjecls) inclnding 6 pairs of full brothers, 8 pairs of full sisters, and 14 pairs of full brothers and sisters. The topographic maps of their corneas were examined and analysed statistically. Results The mean diopters of the right and left eyes of 28 pairs of siblings (56 subjects) were ( -7.03 ± 3.03)D and ( -6.95 ± 3.47)D respectively. The mean differences in the diopters of the right and left eyes between each pairs of the siblings were (2.01 ± 0.25)D and (1.93 ± 1.25)D respectively in the 56 subjects. The diopters and biological data of the eyeballs, including the curvatures of their corneas, radii of the curvatures, thickness of their corneas and length of the optic axis, in each pairs of the sibliags were close to each other in the 28 pairs of siblings. The topographic maps of their corneas were similar to each other. Conclusion There are genetic characteristics in the refraction and biological data of the eyeballs.
