摘要
控制器下线寿命测试系统将数据采集、过程控制、计算与判定、试验查询以及文本保存集成在一起,实现被测控制器和系统本身的故障诊断,并自动给出测试报告及问题点,大大减少了以往测试人员繁重的测试工作量,体现了系统自动化、智能化的寿命测试操作与产品可追溯性管理的有机结合。
The life test system on EOL（End Of Line） of controller integrates the units of data collection, process control, calculation and decision, as well as text reservation. It detects the faults in the tested controller and the sysytem, automatically gives testing reports and problems, and greatly decreases the former heavy amount of testing work, which repxesents the organic combination of antomatic and intellegent life testing operation with tracable management of products.
