摘要
针对电路板测试的适配器设计技术进行了探讨,提出了一种适配器的设计原则。对适配器设计中的电源保护问题,开关系统的保护问题进行了讨论,重点对适配器的防插错、信号切换技术进行了研究。
Interconnection Test Adaptor design techniques for PCB testing are discussed, and a design principle is proposed in this paper. Problems such as power protection and switching system protection in the adaptor design are also discussed. Especially, we discuss the fault tolerance mechanism and signal switching techniques in the adaptor design in detail.
