摘要
采用循环伏安法研究了三甲胺在碳糊电极上的电化学氧化行为,在0.1 mol/L KCl溶液中三甲胺在+0.861 V(vs.SCE)出现一个氧化峰。考察了支持电解质用量、扫描速率等条件对三甲胺电化学氧化信号的影响,求解电化学反应相关参数。利用示差脉冲伏安法对三甲胺进行了检测,其氧化峰电流与浓度在4.0×10-4~0.1 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.12×10-4 mol/L(3σ)。
Electrochemical behaviors of trimethylamine (TMA) were carefully investigated by cyclic voltammetry on a carbon paste electrode ( CPE ) in a 0. 1 mol/L KCl solution. Under the selected conditions, a single well - defined irreversible oxidation peak appeared at + 0. 861 V (vs. SCE), which could be attributed to the electrooxidation of TMA on the CPE. TMA exhibited a adsorption - controlled electrochemical process and the electrochemical parameters were calculated. The oxidation peak current was proportional to TMA concentration in the range from 4.0 × 10^-4 mol/L to 0. 1 mol/L with the detection limit as 3.12 × 10^-4 mol/L(3σ) by differential pulse vohammetry.
