摘要
建立测定婴幼儿乳粉中胆碱的离子色谱方法。采用METROSEP C2 100/4.0色谱柱(100mm×4.0 mm),以4 mmol/L酒石酸-1.75%丙酮作为淋洗液,利用离子色谱样品直接进样连续处理分析技术,水解后的样品经离子交换色谱柱将胆碱与其他阳离子分离,通过电导检测器检测,优化胆碱的离子色谱分离和测定条件。此方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.1 mg/kg,标准曲线相关系数为0.9994。不同添加水平的回收率均在95.0%~105.0%。与国标法对比的结果表明,该方法的准确度高、重现性好、操作简便。
An ion chromatographic method for the analysis of choline in milk powder for infant and young children was developed. METROSEP C2 100/4.0(100 mm×4.0 mm) was selected as the separation column, 4 mmol/L tartaric acid -1.75% acetone was eluent. By metrohm inline sample preparation, the hydrolytic samples were injected and analyzed. It showed that this method had a good relativity(r=0.9994). The spike recovery rate in sample was 95.0%-105.0%, the detection limit was 0.1 mg/kg. Comparing with the results by national standard, this method had better accuracy and is easy operated.
