摘要
综述了提高延迟焦化装置液体收率的技术措施,包括在焦化进料中加重芳烃或重芳油,加富氢气体及催化裂化油浆,优化操作条件以及改变工艺流程等方法,重点介绍了液体增收剂类型与作用机理,液体增收剂在国内外研究及应用概况。指出增加液体增收剂提高延迟焦化装置液体收率的工业化应用会进入新的发展阶段。
The technical measures on how to improving liquid yield of delayed coking unit were summarized, including adding heavy aromatics or heavy aromatic oil, or additional hydrogen - rich gas and fluid catalytic cracking slurry oil, in a coking feed. The types, the acting mechanism of liquid yield booster, and its research and application general situations at home and abroad were focused on. It was finally pointed out that the industrial application of liquid yield booster to upgrade the liquid yield of delayed coking unit would enter a new developing stage.
