摘要
目的 :评价人体包虫病免疫诊断试剂盒的诊断价值。 方法 :使用该试剂盒对 15 1例包虫病病人 (经手术和病理检查证实 )的血清进行测定 ,对比其结果 ,计算敏感性和特异性。 结果 :人体包虫病诊断试剂盒的敏感性为 92 .6 % ,特异性为 91.9%。结论 :该试剂盒可基本满足临床包虫病病人诊断的需要 。
Objective: The experiment was designed to evaluate effect of immunodiagnosis for human hydatidosis using: rapid diagnostic kit and microwell ELISA kit. Method: The rapid diagnostic kit diagnosed 151 patients (who had been proved by operation and histopathology) and microwell ELISA kit. The results were compared with each other. Result: The sensitivity was 92.6%, and the specificity was 91.9%. Conclusion: The kits can reasonably offer clinical needs and play a positive role in the differentiation and clinical follow up for the hydatid patients.
