摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病患者门诊信息化管理的失访原因。方法:跟踪随访我中心糖尿病小屋并列入糖尿病达标信息管理系统的2型糖尿病患者1561例,失访296例,通过电话调查失访原因。结果:失访者中有49.36%按原药方去药店买药,12.24%自行停药,1.27%去外地,37.13%在其他医院就诊。结论:需进一步提高患者的随访依从性,减少失访率。
Objective: To analyze the reasons of missing follow-up of the diabetes patients in the outpatient information management. Method: One thousand five hundred and sixty-one diabetic patients were followed up, who were the members of the diabetes chalet of our center and were also booked into our diabetes information management system. But among them, 296 patients who were missed follow-up were enquired for the reasons by phone-call. Result: Among the missed follow-up patients, 49.36% got the medicine at the pharmacy by themselves, 12.24% withdrew themselves, 1.27% went to other provinces and 37.13% went to other hospitals. Conclusion: It should be required to enhance the patient follow-up compliance and reduce the rate of missing follow-up.
