摘要
提出军民融合下的军械器材保障系统概念,并从系统的角度对其组成要素、组织机构、运行、功能和环境等5个方面进行了分析,给出保障任务重新分配的原则,重点从器材的固有属性方面分析了影响因素,列出了一般分配策略。
This paper puts forward the concept of ordnance material support system.The system is analyzed from element,structure,function,running and environment,etc.Then it gives the principles which are used by support task allocation,particularly studies the impact factors from the solid attribute of material.At last,it lists some general allocation strategies of the support task.
